Lenette Kosovich, RN, MHAChief Executive Officer

Lenette Kosovich has over 20 years of senior management experience in healthcare administration. Starting as a Pediatric Registered Nurse, and then acquiring a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, her level of responsibility grew exponentially. She has a breadth and depth of experience in the healthcare field including serving as the Regional Director in the “cutting edge” industry of establishing Employer Based Clinics for a third party administrator and also provided leadership as Director of Human Resources to a major Montana healthcare system. Her commitment to learning is kept active through her work as an adjunct professor at Montana State University- Billings in the Healthcare Administration program. Lenette is also a member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP).

Coralee Goni, MS, MBA, MACChief Operations Officer

Coralee Goni is the Chief Operations Officer at Rimrock. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Business Administration, and is licensed by the state of Montana as an Addiction Counselor. She also holds accreditation from the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors as a Masters level Addiction Counselor and holds certification from CSAT (Center for Substance Abuse Treatment) for Motivational Enhancement Therapy for Adolescent Cannabis abusers.

Coralee is responsible for managing the general operations at Rimrock, to include Adult treatment, Adolescent Treatment, Sober Housing, and the Treatment Court Programs.

Christi Beals, RN, MBAChief Nursing Officer and Inpatient Director

Christi Beals has dedicated more than 15 years to the healthcare profession, spending the last nine years in leadership positions. Christi graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from Montana State University. She later earned a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Mary. Christi has extensive experience leading a broad range of nursing departments in the acute care setting including a Senior Leadership position for one of the largest acute care hospitals in Montana. Along with her nursing leadership positions, Christi has also been an Executive team member of a psychiatric residential treatment facility where she led the departments  responsible for business development, marketing, public relations, and human resources. Christi is a Montana native and when she is not at work she is enjoying the beautiful outdoors with her family.

Dave Carlson (web)

David Carlson, MDPsychiatrist

Dr. Carlson earned his medical degree at the University of North Dakota. He then completed his residency through Washington University at Barnes Hospital in Saint Louis, Missouri. Licensed by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Carlson provides services to both patients and their families. Prior to his work at Rimrock, he practiced and provided consulting services to many Montana hospitals and organizations including Billings Clinic and St. Vincent Healthcare.

Michael Metzger

Michael Metzger, MD, FASAMPhysician

Dr. Metzger provides highly skilled medical services to Rimrock patients where his many years of professional health care experience includes being Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Previously he practiced at St. Vincent’s Hospital and has served on the Attorney General’s Prescription Drug Abuse Task Force. Dr. Metzger received a B.A. in pre-Medical Sciences from the University of Montana and an M.D. degree from the University of Washington’s School of Medicine. Dr. Metzger is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Addiction Medicine, and is a Fellow of ASAM. Both achievements are due to his prestigious work in the field of addiction treatment.

Jim Eckenroad (web)

Jim Eckenroad, MSManager of Safety

Jim’s responsibilities include overseeing all safety compliance issues for Rimrock’s facilities. He has a wide background as a highly successful business owner, Director of Residence Life at MSUB, and Director of Development at Rocky Mountain College. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Ashland University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Bemidji State University.

Shirley Ehlang, BS, BADirector of Business Operations

Shirley has been employed at Rimrock for more than a decade as financial Controller. Her comprehensive responsibilities include supervision of accounting, data systems development, insurance and financial reporting duties. Shirley received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting major.

Malcolm Horn, LCSW, MACDirector of Special Services

Malcolm received her Master’s in Social Work from Walla Walla College and has over 10 years of progressive clinical experience working with the complex diagnoses that often accompany addictions and co-occurring disorders. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is licensed by the state of Montana as an Addiction Counselor. She also had accreditation from the NAADAC (National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors) as a Masters level Addiction Counselor. She is responsible for ongoing training and education for clinical and support staff.


Dion NebelManager of Facilities

Dion has been a Rimrock team member for 13 years. He served in the U.S. Army and is an Operation Desert Storm veteran. He currently manages the Foundations’ vehicle fleet, maintenance and Hospitality Services departments for the Foundation and its’ outlying facilities. He is licensed as a high pressure boiler operator, sanitation officer, and has extensive training in OSHA safety regulations.

Alisha Brook

Elisha KeierleberRecreation Therapy Coordinator

Elisha has been a member of Rimrock’s team for over four years. As the Recreation Therapy Coordinator at Rimrock, Elisha leads and oversees recreation therapy services through leisure education planning and development, community re-integration outings with a recreation focus, therapeutic art, and stress management.

Brooke LeVanderAdministrative Coordinator/Marketing

Brooke LeVander attended Montana State University. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health. She is the Marketing Coordinator, and will coordinate and implement marketing strategies to achieve new services based on Rimrock’s goals and objectives.

Debbie Knutson (web)

Debbie KnutsonDirector of Patient Care

Debbie brings over 20 years nursing experience to her position as Rimrock’s Director of Patient Care. She spent several years with Montana’s Department of Health and Human Services as a Home Care Personal Assistance Manager and a Home and Community Based Services Supervisor. Debbie supervises the medical unit at Rimrock, working in collaboration with medical providers, counselors and support staff.

Nickie Langeliers (web)

Nickie LangeliersMedical Records Supervisor

Nickie has been a member of the Rimrock team for almost 28 years. Prior to becoming the Medical Records Supervisor she worked in the Medical Records Department as the Quality Review Coordinator. Nickie has assisted Rimrock through 9 very successful national accreditation surveys. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Montana State University Billings and has extensive training in patient rights and confidentiality issues. Nickie is responsible for assuring the quality of the patient record meets the accreditation guidelines, additionally she oversees dissemination of requested health care information.

Michelle Pinnow, MS, LACAdolescent Services Supervisor

Michelle started at Rimrock in 2009. She has a Master’s in the Science of Mental Health and Rehabilitation from Montana State University-Billings and obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Montana. Michelle is responsible for the oversight of adolescent programming including; adolescent residential programs, adolescent intensive outpatient program, adolescent aftercare, school based services, Truancy Program, and the ICT program. She is licensed in the state of Montana as an Addiction Counselor.

Erin Rodriquez

Erin Rodriquez, MS, LACDirector of Court Services

Erin Rodriguez serves as the Director of Court Services for Rimrock Foundation. She currently serves as a key team member on several treatment court teams; including Misdemeanor DUI and Drug Courts, Felony Impaired Driving Court, and Felony Drug Court. She has been instrumental in obtaining and maintaining NADCP mentor court status in the Misdemeanor Drug Court. Erin oversees Rimrock’s True North Reentry program, which serves to help integrate incarcerated men and women back into the community. She holds a degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling, Health and Human Resources, and  graduated with a Masters of Science, Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling.

Ally Stroup, LCPC, LACDirector of Inpatient and School Based Programs

Ally is the Director of Residential Treatment and School Based Programs at Rimrock. She has over five years of leadership experience acquired through her work at Rimrock and with Montana State University Billings. She received her Master’s Degree in School Counseling, is certified as a Licensed Addictions Counselor in the State of Montana, and has substantial clinical experience working with adults and adolescents with addictions and co-occurring disorders.


Jennifer Verhasselt (web)

Jennifer Verhasselt, BS, LACOutpatient and Residential Supervisor

Jen received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from University of Montana in Missoula and is licensed in Montana as an Addiction Counselor.  She has substantial clinical experience working with adults with addictions and co-occurring disorders. Jen has worked at Rimrock for over 6 years and is responsible for the supervising residential, and outpatient programs at Rimrock.  She is also responsible for the oversight of the Day Treatment Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, Aftercare, Relapse Prevention, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Prime for Life Programs.

Danielle Dann

Danielle Dunn, BS, LACManager of Admissions

Danielle is the Manager of Admissions and has 20 years experience as a Licensed Addiction Counselor. She has a Bachelors Degree in Human Services from Black Hills State University, as well as many years experience facilitating Aftercare, Relapse Prevention and Family Support Groups. Danielle is one of our experts in assessing, diagnosing and level of care placement. She enjoys mentoring and training a host of clinicians as it grows the whole team.
