Our staff hope you have a pleasant visit to our Web site and we look forward to helping you in any way we can. Here are some of the people you will meet when you visit our program:
David W. Cunningham, M.H.A., Chief Executive Officer
David has over 25 years experience in health care administration and the treatment of chemical dependency. He is experienced in every aspect of administration, and supervises all departments at Rimrock Foundation. He is a member of the American College of Addiction Treatment Administrators (ACATA), and is a board member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP).

Mona L. Sumner, M.A.C., M.H.A., Chief Operations Officer/Clinical Director
In addition to her duties as Chief Operations Officer, Mona is also the Foundation's Clinical Director. She has spent over thirty years specializing in the treatment of addictions, and manages all aspects of the patient care programs at Rimrock. She has published numerous articles, and travels extensively giving workshops on addictions and relationship illnesses. She is a member of both the American College of Addiction Treatment Administrators (ACATA), and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP).

George Sheckleton, M.D., M.P.H., Medical Director
George has over 20 years experience as a Health Officer and Director of the City-County Health Department. He is responsible for not only providing direct medical care for our patients, but also the supervision of other medical professionals and the coordination of all medical services at Rimrock Foundation. George holds a certification in alcoholism and other drug dependencies through examination by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

Rick L. Pullen, D.O., Director of Psychiatric Services
Dr. Pullen brings a long career in internal medicine and psychiatry to his position as Director of Psychiatric Services at Rimrock Foundation. Board Certified in both specialties, Dr. Pullen also has a background working with adolescents in a residential treatment program over several years.

Jon Gjersing, R.N., Nursing Supervisor
Jon's primary responsibility is to ensure the quality of the medical care received
by our patients. He also supervises the nursing team and coordinator in the delivery of psychiatric
care for our dual diagnosis patients.

Malcolm Horn, LCSW, LAC, Inpatient Supervisor
Malcolm received her Masters in Social Work from Walla Walla College. She has been in the field of Social Services for 10 years, specifically working with the elderly, adults with developmental disabilities and in the field of addictions. She is responsible for over-seeing the clinical aspects of the Inpatient program including coordinating care between all departments, and ensuring patients receive the best possible care.

Althea Bartlett, Admissions Supervisor
Althea is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Department. She is often the first Rimrock staff member you have contact with. She is available to answer questions, make reservations, and provide general guidance which will make planning your stay with us easier and successful.

Coralee Goni, MS, MAC, Clinical Services Supervisor
Coralee is responsible for managing all our adolescent and adult outpatient programs and services. She helped develop our adolescent continuum of care which includes a residential program for adolescent males, and a day treatment program for all adolescents. She also helped develop Montana's first Student Assistance Program for School District 2 in Billings in conjunction with the District-wide Truancy Center.
