Rimrock Foundation is a private non-profit regional addictions treatment center dedicated to providing quality treatment and rehabilitation for adults and adolescents suffering from addictions. Our programs include effective individual and family treatment for chemical dependency, codependency, eating disorders, gambling addiction, and dual diagnosis.

As Montana’s oldest and largest treatment center, Rimrock Foundation has over thirty years of experience in treating people who suffer from compulsive disorders and their families. Through that experience, we have developed one of the most effective, nationally-recognized treatment programs available today.

Director of Administrative Services

Rimrock Foundation is recruiting for an exciting executive level position as Director of Administrative Services. We offer an outstanding opportunity for career advancement as the successful candidate will be in line to succeed our CEO when he retires in the near future.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-focused leader, with strong strategic planning and networking skills. Must have experience supervising and leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. We have a talented staff of 125 individuals, including a physician, psychiatrist, over thirty licensed counselors, ten nurses, accountants, and numerous support staff. Strong verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of information technology are vital.

Duties will include overseeing various administrative functions, including the business office, safety, facilities, marketing, development of new business, and support services. Key objectives will include promoting revenues, profitability and growth as an organization. Duties will also include working with our Board of Directors, which is comprised of key community leaders, and representing the organization at the community, state, and national level.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration and several years of healthcare operations or management experience. Important personal qualities include a high level of enthusiasm, creativity, energy, and integrity.

We have two large hospitals, a university, and vibrant cultural institutions including a symphony, opera, art museum, and theaters.

Inpatient Counselor

Conduct individual, group, and family therapy for men in our inpatient program, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain patient records, and provide educational lectures.  The candidate will function as part of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals at Rimrock Foundation.  Licensure as an LCPC or LCSW or eligibility for licensure is required.  We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.
