Rimrock Foundation is a private non-profit regional addictions treatment center dedicated to providing quality treatment and rehabilitation for adults and adolescents suffering from addictions. Our programs include effective individual and family treatment for chemical dependency, codependency, eating disorders, gambling addiction, and dual diagnosis.

As Montana’s oldest and largest treatment center, Rimrock Foundation has over thirty years of experience in treating people who suffer from compulsive disorders and their families. DRUG COURT CASE MANAGER           Status:  Closed

The Case Manager will provide case management services for clients participating in the Billings Adult Misdemeanor Drug Court.  Duties will include assisting drug court participants with community resources and providing life skills training.  This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling or Social Work and case management experience.  Candidates should be familiar with community resources.

 

NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT        Status:  Open

This is a part-time position providing medical services to patients in our detox unit and inpatient treatment program.  Medical services include conducting admission health exams and prescribing medication.  We have three or four shifts a week available, including some weekends.  Candidates must be licensed in Montana.

 

ADOLESCENT COUNSELOR     Status:  Closed

This position is located at our New Choices residential facility.  Duties include facilitating group, individual and family therapy, providing patient assessments and education, and maintaining timely documentation.  We are looking for a caring and compassionate counselor with a strong knowledge of addiction to join our multi-disciplinary team.  This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications include a degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or Addiction Counseling.  Candidates must be licensed as an addiction counselor in Montana or eligible for licensing.  A master’s degree and counseling experience are preferred.

 

SCHOOL BASED COUNSELOR             Status: Closed

This position is located at Billings Career Center.  Duties include providing continuing care and relapse prevention groups for students returning from treatment programs, facilitating motivational enhancement groups for students abusing substances, and providing assessments on referred students.   This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications include a degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, or Addiction Counseling.  Candidates must be licensed as an addiction counselor in Montana or eligible for licensing.  A master’s degree and counseling experience are preferred.

 

NURSING SUPERVISOR              Status:  Open

Rimrock Foundation is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to act as our Nursing Supervisor. This position provides coordination and supervision of medical services to detoxification, residential, and crisis stabilization patients and will supervise our nursing staff.

As a member of the management team, the Nursing Supervisor will attend daily morning staffing meetings, weekly supervisors meeting, and patient care monitoring conferences. The Nursing Supervisor also participates in the Quality Improvement Committee and Safety Committee.

Other duties include coordinating pharmacy, lab, drug testing, and other medical support services. The Nursing Supervisor also provides medication education to patients on psychotropic medications. Several years of successful supervisory/management experience is required.
