Long Term Disability Insurance

Long-term disability insurance is provided through Medical Life Insurance Company. If you are disabled after a 90 day waiting period, you will receive 60 percent of your monthly pay subject to a maximum of $5,000 per month. If your disability begins before age 60, benefits will be paid until age 65. Employees are eligible for long-term disability benefits after one year of employment.
