Admissions / Outpatient Counselors

Full-time positions for Addiction Counselors in our Admissions and Outpatient departments. Counselor duties include facilitating the admission of patients for treatment and performing comprehensive clinical assessments of new patients and individualized treatment plans.  Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to establish rapport is necessary.  These positions may also involve conducting an Aftercare therapy group on Monday evenings.

Intensive Outpatient Program Counselor

We are looking for a full-time Accountant to join our Business Office team. Duties include assisting Controller with preparation of monthly financial statements, posting to the general ledger, accounts receivables and payables, reconciliation of bank statements, and payroll.

Preferred qualifications include: proficiency with Excel, Word, and Quickbooks, strong communication and problem solving skills, and experience in a healthcare setting working with insurance companies. Full -time position providing therapeutic supervision for 6 adolescent males at our New Choices group home and housekeeping services.  Transport patients to recreational outings, prepare and supervise lunch, order supplies, and do weekly shopping.  A good driving record is required.  Housekeeping duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, washing windows, cleaning kitchen, and other tasks as needed. Discharge Planner/Case Manager

Provide discharge planning and case management services to patients in our inpatient program. Duties include making aftercare plans for patients, scheduling appointments with providers, securing sober living placement, facilitating Medicaid and disability paperwork, coordinating with families, and other case management duties as needed. Must have a degree in Human Services or related field and case management experience.

Director of Administrative Services

The Individual in this position will direct and coordinate the Division of Administrative Services for the Foundation.  Administrative services may include: marketing operations for finance, housekeeping, food services, corporate safety and compliance, purchasing, plant engineering facilities management, contract services, leases and procurement of materials.

Consideration will be given to persons with a Bachelor’s Degree, with documented experience in marketing, corporate business, public presentations and understanding of cultural diversity.

Case Manager

Provide case management services to residents of a long-term treatment program for women with children.  Duties include assisting residents with community contacts, appointments, budgeting cooking and other life skills.  Provide transportation for residents and children as needed.  A degree in a human service field and case management experience is preferred.

Part-time Stress Management Position.  Rimrock Foundation seeks an individual to teach stress management to our patients two times a week.  The instructor will follow an established curriculum which includes floor exercises, yoga, mediation, walking, tai chi, and  education on topics such as stress and anger.  We are looking for someone with a degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, or Health and Wellness.

Be a part of  Montana’s first jail diversion program providing treatment to carefully screened, nonviolent inmates of the Yellowstone Detention Center.  Provide intensive day treatment therapy for an all men’s group located at Rimrock Foundation’s Silver Leaf Center.  Hours are 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.  Must be a licensed addiction counselor in Montana or eligible for licensing.  A master’s degree and counseling experience is preferred.  We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefit package.
