Our group health insurance is with the Health First Plan through Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Montana. There is a $500 deductible for families. The deductible is waived for participating professional provider services and prescriptions. The co-payment is 30% of the allowable fee. The maximum member liability is $2,000 for an individual and $4,000 family aggregate. Our plan year runs from June 1 to May 31.

The plan includes denatal beneite with a $25.00 deductible and a $1,500 maximum benefit per plan year. Diagnostic and preventative services are paid at 80% and the deductible does no apply. Major restorative services are paid at 50%.

An employee assistance benefit is included through APS Healthcare which provides short-term, confidential counseling for employees and family at no cost.

Employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance after 3 months. Benefits are effective the 1st of the month following the 3 month waiting period.
