Vision Insurance
This is provided through Vision Service Plan. It covers the full cost of one eye examination and one set of lenses (glasses or contacts) per year and one set of frames every two years. There is a co-payment of $25.00.
A list of participating providers can be obtained from Rimrock Foundation's Human Services department.
Employees are eligible for this coverage after three months.
