Court School

Prime for Life (ACT) Requirements

As part of the mandatory requirements for receiving a driving related offense, the court requires you to complete the Prime for Life Program provided by the Rimrock Foundation. Failure to complete or to cooperate with these requirements will result in your being referred back to the court for further disposition.

You are expected to come to all classes on time, free of alcohol or other mood-altering chemicals. Since all sessions are pre-scheduled, only emergency situations will be reason to be excused from the sessions. In all cases, the Prime for Life Coordinator must be notified in advance of your absence.

Enrollment - The cost for the Prime for Life Program is $325.00. Half ($162.50) will be required at the intake session and the additional $162.50 must be paid in full by the time of your exit interview. You will be assigned to a class which will meet for four (4) sessions. When you enroll, you will be told when the first session will be held.
