Rimrock Foundation creates a unique therapeutic learning environment that promotes whole-person healing. Four levels of care are provided:
| 1. |
Outpatient |
| 2. |
Intensive Outpatient (Evening Care) |
| 3. |
Partial Hospitalization (Day Treatment) |
| 4. |
Medically Monitored Inpatient |
This diversity assures patients of the least restrictive level of care necessary to meet their needs. Our staff of over sixty professionals has but one goal — helping patients choose freedom and health over sick dependencies.
We expect a lot from our patients: total involvement in the treatment process and complete commitment to a recovery plan. In turn, we give the best of ourselves. Together we can make new opportunities happen for you!

Quality Care From Our Professional Treatment Team
Rimrock Foundation's philosophy ensures that all of our professional expertise developed over thirty years is focused on each individual patient's treatment plan. While you may come to know only a few staff members directly during your stay here, the judgement of many professionals enters into your assessment and treatment plan.
Our team of clinical professionals includes physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, certified chemical dependency counselors, social workers, recreation therapists, and clergy. In all, it takes more than sixty caring professional staff members to deliver this level of quality treatment for you.
For over thirty percent of our patients, a specialized team known as the Patient Care Monitoring Team supervises the patients' treatment plans and clinical course.
The PCM Team becomes involved in your care if you have a complicating condition such as depression or any other factor which requires psychiatric evaluation.
Patients whose care is supervised by this team may not meet all team members, however, the team includes our staff psychiatrists, Medical Director, Clinical Director, Nursing Supervisor, Inpatient Supervisor, Psychiatric Social Worker, and your primary counselor. The team meets weekly to review your care and progress, and to develop treatment plans that will assure you of progressing in your program.

Medical Detoxification
The Foundation provides a medical unit staffed by specially trained nurses and physicians who are in attendance or on-call 24 hours each day.

Inpatient Services
Adult Inpatient Program — Recognized by leaders in the field as offering one of the nation's most helpful, well-designed, goal-oriented treatment systems.

Adolescent Inpatient Program
Rimrock Foundation has over a quarter of a century of experience in treating addictions, and can offer the region's families one of the finest treatment programs for chemically dependent youth available in the country today.

Crisis Stabilization
The Crisis Stabilization and Intervention Program at Rimrock Foundation is a short term, 24 hour medically monitored service for patients with mental illness whose condition has destabilized or who are in emotional crisis and require a safe, controlled environment.

Eating Disorders
We believe that a variety of factors contribute to the development of an eating disorder. This multiple causation requires a multi-dimensional assessment and treatment planningapproach and the delivery of treatment services by a skilled multi-disciplinary treatment team. Based on an extensive evaluation, an initial treatment plan is developed and implemented by the treatment team.

Outpatient Services
Assessment and Diagnostic Services — We give special emphasis to expert, comprehensive, accurate diagnosis of addictions and related problems.

Intervention
Intervention is a carefully-planned process in which our outpatient counseling staff guides family members, friends, and/or employers who are concerned about another person's problem with alcohol or drugs, gambling, or food.

Aftercare Program
A continuing support system for patients to reinforce the knowledge, skills, and attitude changes they learned during Inpatient treatment, and to assist their reintegration into their community.

Day Treatment Addiction Program
An intensive treatment option designed for patients who do not require twenty-four hour supervision. These patients join our Inpatient patients every day for programming.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment (Evening Care)
Patients who are able to live at home, and can continue fulfilling job responsibilities, and still remain abstinent during the treatment period, may find this program appropriate. The program provides the core educational aspects of our intensive Inpatient program at a much lower cost and with minimal disruption to patients' lives.
