Court School (ACT Program)
A Serious Program That Treats You With Respect
Montana Court Schools are designed to teach you about the effects of alcohol and other drugs, and to help you make appropriate decisions about drinking, drug use, and driving. You have a choice about which court school to attend, and the State of Montana ensures that all program facilities follow the same course guidelines.

What about Court School fees?
There is a court-assessed fee of $200 for the D.U.I. Court School at Rimrock Foundation. This is one of the lowest fees charged by court school facilities in Montana. You are expected to pay the fee in full at the Intake Session. If this is not possible, payment may be made in two installments.

Court School Schedule
