Making online bill payments is easy:
- Enter your account information as requested
- Make your payment on the secure payment site
- Print out your confirmation screen and retain for your records
If you do not receive a confirmation email, call our Business Office at (406) 248-3175, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and confirm with our staff that your transaction was received.
Payments are applied to the oldest service. Please allow three business days for the transaction to be posted to your account.

Refund Policy
In the event, you have overpaid on your account, a refund will be issued in accordance with our office refund policy after all payments from insurance have been received. Please contact our billing office at (406) 248-3175 should you have any questions.
