Rimrock’s Recovery Pathways is the pilot program for a nationwide initiative in partnership with GoMo Health to support justice-involved clients in their recovery. The goals of Recovery Pathways are to reduce criminal justice involvement and improve long-term sobriety by providing support in treatment and recovery. Clients in the program are supported by receiving:
- Care Messages™, customized text messages to motivate and inspire program participants along their treatment journey
- Enrollment for support persons to receive two messages per week that provide information on how they can support their loved one in their recovery
- Surveys to assess their current state of wellness, allowing Rimrock to step in and help during times of struggle through direct conversations in real-time with Rimrock peer support specialists
