Addiction can affect anyone, which is why Rimrock offers a variety of treatment programs and services for those in need.

Assessments

Rimrock’s admissions department is focused on determining the most appropriate level of care for prospective patients. Our Licensed Addition Counselors and Licensed Mental Health Counselors provide screening and placement services to anyone interested in undergoing a chemical dependency assessment.

Interventions

If you are concerned about a loved one who is denying that he or she has a problem with an addiction, Rimrock is available to help. Our Certified Intervention Practitioner helps friends and families to motivate their loved ones to seek help for their addiction. Our interventionist will help families develop a plan, advocate for their needs and concerns, and make appropriate referrals to ensure everyone receives the guidance and support they need.  Rimrock has the only Nationally Certified Intervention Professional in the state of Montana.

Detoxification

Rimrock offers a Medical Detoxification program that is available to patients who are at risk of withdrawal complications due to their use of mood altering substances. The program is staffed by physicians, physician assistants, nurses and rehabilitation technicians. It is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week and serves both the public and private patients regardless of their ability to pay for care.

Inpatient

Our inpatient program is designed as a medically monitored 24 hour, seven day a week program and is the most intensive level of care offered at Rimrock. This 28 – 35 day program allows our patients to fully engage in treatment without the distractions of outside influences.  Rimrock offers a variety of treatment modalities that are customized to a patients’ needs.  Also included is a four day, family week experience.

Day Treatment

Our Day Treatment program, functions as an integrated part of the Inpatient Program.  It is designed for patients who require between 3 and 12 hours of intensive therapy a day.  Patients may be admitted directly into this program or it can be used as a step-down program for patients who have completed Inpatient treatment.

Intensive Outpatient

For individuals who are 17 years of age and older and have stable mental and physical health, as well as a supportive recovery environment, Rimrock offers our Intensive Outpatient treatment program. This program allows individuals to continue to work, attend school and live at home while they participate in treatment

Outpatient

Rimrock has an Outpatient Department with many services for those that require our least intensive level of care. This is often the first contact a patient or family member has with us.   Our on-call scheduling system ensures that individuals seeking care on a walk-in basis receive it without unnecessary delays, between 8:00am and 5:00pm, weekdays.  Rimrock’s Medical Unit is available to provide assistance 24 hours a day for basic screening services and appropriate intervention or referral needs.

Aftercare

Recovering from an addiction can be a very difficult journey. Rimrock offers Aftercare services to provide ongoing support for our patients in early recovery.  Licensed addiction counselors use group therapy, education and supportive services along with regular individual therapy to assist individuals in their post treatment transition.  The aftercare program meets weekly for a minimum of 12 weeks and focuses on the tools and techniques needed to avoid relapse.
