Ben Randolph

Ben was raised in Billings and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of New England. He is an Addiction Counselor licensed by the State of Montana (LAC) and has accreditation from the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselors as a Masters level Addiction Counselor (MAC). Ben also is completing his licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (SWLC). He has worked at Rimrock since 2012 where he gained experience in all levels of care.

Ben believes in an integrated approach to health and wellness where the person is the creator of change. He employs a variety of therapies when working with individuals, couples, and families, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), mindfulness based therapy, motivational interviewing, interpersonal therapy to treat addiction and co-occurring disorders, and is a trained eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. His special interests include trauma, anxiety disorders, cultural-relational issues, and integrative modalities.
