Carrie is a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Carrie integrates Person-Centered Care with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other psychotherapeutic practices. She originally gained a passion for therapy while serving as a Resident Advisor in her undergraduate program where she witnessed the impact of unaddressed trauma and mental health symptoms. Carrie loves to watch others grow through their healing process, be empowered to reach their goals, and learn to see their personal value. In her free time, Carrie enjoys hiking with her two dogs and her husband, listening to live music, or staying home with a good book and hot cup of tea.
